  • Steven Nabaki

    Over this past year, Will has been working closely with me developing a program which was tailored to my sporting needs. The focus was to improve my strength and cardio vascular endurance, as I play a competitive level of Aussie Rules. Will created a pre-season, in-season and post season program, which focused on many different aspects in developing my skills and game. This was by far my best season fitness and strength wise, and seeing the results on the field was encouraging and motivating. He took the time to explain each of the elements and parts of the program, and how it would transfer into my game. It was by far the most enjoyable and rewarding year of training. I can’t wait to continue working with him in the future.
